AVAILABILITY

Firstly we need to check our availability for your event so we will need date and specific times.

REQUIREMENTS

We want your event to be the best it can be - if we can help achieve that then we can talk about set lists, timing and your overall objectives - including any special requests.

QUOTE

Our quote will include everything so there are no hidden extras.  Hiring Alian for an evening with 2 for 45 minutes each will typically be £400 with travel and expenses in addition.

BOOKING

If you want to book us then we will need to complete a booking contract.  This fixes the timing, the price and the venue.  A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking - this is non-returnable.  

The remaining fee is payable a month prior to your event and we will be in touch a week before to double check all the arrangements.  You can of course get in touch with us at any time.

What is included?

ALIAN is a two piece acoustic band that consists of Ian as singer and guitarist, and Alan as lead guitarist.  All equipment will be provided by ALIAN.

What do you require?

ALIAN requires access to electric sockets, and if outside then we need a gazebo or cover.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the agreed fee and this is non-returnable.  If you need to change the date, venue or timings then we will do our best to accommodate this.

Do you need a stage?

We are happy to use a stage or just on the floor.  The area we need is roughly 4m x 4m.

We can also play outside we just need cover and a plug socket!

Can we choose the songs?

Yes we have an extensive setlist that you can choose from.  Or you can just choose a few of your favourites and we will choose the rest.  We also can allow your guests to choose from our setlist during the evening.

If you have a special song for one of your guests or for yourselves then we will endeavour to learn and include that.

Do you need food and drink provided?

We do not need you to provide food and drink but that would be really kind.  We always work better with food and drink!

How long do you need to settup?

It takes about an hour to settup - we will need to talk about the schedule with you at the time of booking and just prior to your event.

How far will you travel?

We are based in the Midlands, and are happy to travel around 100miles.  We will need to know this when we give you the quote.
